Distilled in April 2013 and bottled in May 2026 at 56.3% ABV, producing just 119 bottles, this unique 13 year old Highland Park is a whisky defined by honeyed richness, gentle island smoke and elegant cask influence. After 13 years of maturation, including a 2-year finish in an extremely rare First Fill Vin Santo Barrique, it brings together honeyed malt, dried fruits, candied citrus, baked orchard fruits and soft oak spice, leading to a long, warming finish of honeycomb, dried fruit and a lingering wisp of smoke. Bottled at natural cask strength, with no colouring and no chill-filtration
